When booking, we will ask for card details to secure the booking. No money shall be taken until treatment is completed unless you, the client, do not show up for the appointment. If you need to cancel please do so 48 hrs before your appointment. Any treatments cancelled within 48hrs will incur a 50% cancellation fee and no shows incur 100% cancellation fee.
